The camp is managed and supervised by FC Barcelona official coaches, the same coaches managing the FC Barcelona Escola teams.
Camps are open for girls between 11 and 17 years old.
Participants will be grouped by level and age during the first practice. Adjustments can be made after this if coaches find it appropriate, but always looking for training excellence.
The ratio will be 1 coach every 10/12 players. There will also be doctors and physical therapists available to address any medical issues.
The only people responsible for the training sessions will be the FC Barcelona coaches. They will be attending every practices session
Barcelona Football Experience and Events (BFE&E) is responsible for the program outside the FC Barcelona Escola facilities.
Parents will have access to the practice sessions (not technical sessions) as far as they stay in the reserved areas and they don’t interfere with the program.
